Flat Fee MLS Listing
MLS listings are offered through My Castle
Realty. The listing includes a
posting on HAR.com and Realtor.com along with several other
MLS based websites. With the My Castle discount MLS listing;
you retain the right to market and sell your home yourself
with no commission. If a buyer agent brings you an
acceptable offer, you may pay the buyer agent a commission.
This amount determined by the seller, is typically 3% and is
paid at
closing. In Texas, you may negotiate directly with the buyer
and no
commissions or fees are due. If a buyer agent is involved,
by State law, that buyer agent must negotiate directly with
My Castle Realty. In this case, a small transaction fee may
