Taxes, neighborhoods, schools, comparables are all available on the Internet at no cost to you.  Information about the property condition is provided by the sellers disclosure. All free. When a home lists through an agent, someone ends up paying for that fat 6% commission and it usually you the buyer.  Regarding staying within budget, we recommend you work with your lender to determine what you can afford.</description>

Our for sale by owner market is booming - both in number of FSBO web sites and the numbers of listings on each. Real estate boards in various provinces ahve tried to &#039;punish&#039; realtors who offer 1% discunted rates or tie up with a FSBO web site, but the trend is so strong that the monopoly dyas are numbered.</description>

		<description>Our last agent was a nice lady, but ultimatley she did very little to help us sell our home. I don’t think she even showed it once. The only traffic we ever had was from the buyer agents. We are definitley considering FSBO for when we sell again in the spring.</description>
